Founded in 2003, with the sole focus on mechanical engineering, we now design and build complete machines and equipment, dealing with everything from the initial idea to the final product. Because of our involvement in numerous projects, we have the experience to construct functional models and prototypes. We can do everything from constructing, putting into operation, and testing your machines and assembly equipment.

A company providing apprenticeships
Highly qualified professionals are our future! We are happy to train valuable future professionals, because it is fun to work with the young adults and it helps us to grow. encom is a company registered for providing apprenticeships.
Permit to supply contracting staff
Service providers who supply their staff to external companies are required by Swiss law to have a permit. encom holds such a permit and is entitled to deploy its employees to customers on-site. A permit to supply contracting staff can be provided on request.
